My services help leaders transform the global societal changes we’re all experiencing into a practice field – or a dance floor, if you will – for becoming a more awake and effective human presence. With an organic, strengths-based and deeply developmental orientation, I support individuals and teams to:
-
energize curiosity and design experiments to create new possibilities;
-
clarify priorities and make more powerful, authentic decisions;
-
step into swifter, more confident and courageous action;
-
diversify communication, conflict and connection skills;
-
enjoy a more playful, integrated life – in body, mind and consciousness;
-
embrace uncertainty as the source of growth, emergence and flourishing.
